How is nsxia Mail different from Mailgun or SendGrid?
nsxia Mail is integrated into your nsxia workspace — the same team, billing, and API keys you already use. No separate account, no separate invoice. All your business tools in one platform.
Does nsxia Mail handle bounce suppression?
Yes. Hard bounces are automatically suppressed — we never attempt to deliver to bounced addresses. Soft bounces are retried with exponential backoff. You can view and manage the suppression list from the dashboard.
Is there a free plan?
Yes — 3,000 emails per month, 1 sending domain, and basic analytics. No credit card required.
How do I verify my sending domain?
Add the DKIM TXT record, SPF TXT record, and DMARC TXT record to your domain's DNS. The dashboard shows the exact values. After DNS propagation, click 'Verify' and your domain is active.
What webhooks are available?
nsxia Mail fires webhooks on: delivered, bounced (hard and soft), complained (spam report), opened, clicked, and unsubscribed. Each event includes the message ID, recipient, timestamp, and event-specific metadata.
Can I use templates with the API?
Yes. Pass a templateId in your API request along with the variable values. nsxia substitutes the variables and sends the rendered email.
